• Upload, process, or transmit any files containing malicious software, viruses, trojans, or harmful computer code.
• Process documents that infringe upon third-party intellectual property, privacy rights, or trade secrets without lawful authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt, or launch automated Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our infrastructure.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or harvesting scripts to abuse server resources beyond standard human utility limits.

3. Electronic Signatures & Document Execution

PDFPK provides tools to electronically sign documents in compliance with general standards under the US ESIGN Act and European eIDAS regulation. However, PDFPK is a technology utility, not a formal legal trust service provider (TSP) or law firm. You are solely responsible for determining whether an electronic signature complies with statutory requirements for your specific agreement type and jurisdiction.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and tools on PDFPK.COM are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. While we employ rigorous engineering to guarantee high document fidelity and 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that our tools will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with corrupt or non-standard PDF formats. Always maintain an original backup copy of your source documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PDFPK, its engineers, officers, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or document corruption) arising from your use of or inability to use our tools.
